TG-CP30A-EX Rigid Box Cover and Lining Integrated Forming Machine is an advanced automatic production line developed by our company for high-end packaging applications, including luxury premium rigid boxes, liquor boxes, smartphone boxes, and gift boxes.
This line integrates multiple processes such as continuous paper feeding, glue coating, grey board feeding, automatic visual positioning and bonding of cover paper and grey board, four-side wrapping, online shell flipping, lining paper feeding, glue coating, shell and lining paper bonding and forming, online flattening and grooving, and automatic collection.
With a compact layout and highly automated operation, the production line connects the shell forming unit and the lining unit via an online flipping mechanism, reducing operator requirements from four to two while significantly increasing production efficiency.
The system is fully patented, providing a complete intellectual property protection chain.

1.Precision Positioning and Lamination
The cover section adopts photoelectric positioning, while the lining section uses a high-precision visual system combined with a high-speed robotic arm, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±0.1 mm.
2.Fully Pneumatic Feeder Head
Simple structure, easy operation, and innovative design.
PLC-controlled motion ensures high accuracy and stable feeding performance.
3.Board Feeding System
Bottom-suction feeding design allows paperboard replenishment without stopping the machine.
Equipped with an automatic detection system — if a sheet is missing or multiple sheets are fed simultaneously, the system will trigger an automatic alarm and stop for safety and precision.
4.Four-Side Folding Section
Left and right folding use flat-belt mechanisms for smooth and scratch-free operation.
The front and rear sections adopt dual servo-driven independent conveyors, ensuring perfect synchronization with zero displacement.
A new corner-trimming mechanism further improves the folding quality and visual appearance.
5.Compact Layout and Space Efficiency
The shell forming unit and lining unit are connected via a flipping system, reducing labor requirements and minimizing floor space.
