Introduction

The intelligent boutique premium rigid box production line, completely self-developed by SINOTECHO, is a flexible line developed for box production of high-end premium rigid boxes and compact pod boxes.
All the production processes are fully automated such as the loading of internal mold, enclosing strip, up/bottom boxes and facial paper, the processing of surrounding, tape sealing, gluing, adjusting, preforming, pressure maintaining, corner pasting, screen gluing, visual positioning, forming, top & bottom faces pressing, packet pressing and flattening, packet exiting, ring cutting, cover opening and mold removing, mold recycling.
The line is composed by different functional split units and has the characteristics of small floor space, strong expandability, high efficiency, smooth operation, high positioning accuracy, wide adaptability and flexibility.
