The TG-IB60F-EX Intelligent Inner Box Liner Pasting Machine is designed for the automatic application of greaseproof (glassine) paper liners in inner box packaging.
The machine integrates a complete series of automated processes, including batch box feeding, box opening, liner pre-forming, double-sided tape application, liner insertion and assembly, box closing, and finished box collection.
It is engineered to ensure accurate liner positioning, clean bonding, and consistent box quality, significantly improving efficiency while reducing labor dependency and defect rates.
The TG-IB60F-EX is primarily applied in cigarette inner box packaging, and is also suitable for other premium small boxes requiring greaseproof or protective inner liners, such as packaging that includes desiccant insertion or moisture protection requirements.
